Nathan Scott is a Certified CMMC Practitioner and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. He spent several years as a contract manager for a software development company contracting for Department of Health and Human Services and was the compliance specialist responsible for NIST 800-53 system audits on multiple contracts and systems.
In 2015, Nathan founded Queen Consulting and Technologies to bring expertise and knowledge of IT security, compliance management, and cost-effective solutions to government contractors and private-sector businesses in need of advanced business security and management.
Martin Lachance has more than 25 years as an IT architect, collaborating with companies both small and large, scaling up to billion-dollar enterprises. He has worked with organizations in the United States and internationally with a focus on crafting practical IT solutions for manufacturing businesses. He is the founder of Citara Systems, offering cutting-edge managed security solutions, aiming to safeguard business owners, employees, and intellectual property.
Steven Senz was a key advisor to the federal government for cybersecurity and cloud migration. He has presented to multiple Federal and Commercial forums on cybersecurity issues dealing with privacy and email fraud. Since 2006, Steven consulted to the intelligence community and participated in multiple working groups as the community migrated to an environment where information sharing between agencies was considered essential for situational awareness.
Steven has assisted numerous ISSMs in accrediting federal information systems and environments, to assure that classified information is properly protected and transmitted in digital and hardcopy forms. Steven holds a Master’s degrees from Cornell University and the University of Michigan, as well as numerous security certifications from (ISC)2, ISACA and George Washington University.
John Connolly is the Operations Manager at Mission Compliant and a project management specialist. He is a CMMC Registered Practitioner and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also CompTIA Security+ certified. He has more than a decade of experience managing projects for software companies, non-profits, and government agencies.
He holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama, and has extensive experience in data and information management and administration.
James Bergida has established a track record in system development in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. James brings this experience to bear as an ISO Quality Management Specialist at Queen Consulting and Technology. Seeking certification can be a daunting prospect. James walks alongside organizations as they establish and refine their quality management systems and gain certification under the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
An experienced professional and educator, James has facilitated courses both in the United States and internationally. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science and Economics at Christendom College in Front Royal, VA.
Sandra has been an entrepreneur/manager for over 30 years. Her career has spanned from managing large restaurants, senior level staffing placement specialist, to owning a fitness center for over seven years. She is active in community service serving on several boards, mentoring women through the Center for Women and Enterprise, and is on the leadership team with the Westborough Rotary Club. Working for large corporate entities, as well as owning several small businesses, gives Sandy a unique understanding of the challenge that each type of business face. Since 2016, Sandy has been working with all sizes of companies in a variety of industries to help with developing training programs to improve culture and employee satisfaction. In December of 2018, she completed her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She is the founder of Human Power Solutions.
Jim Naccash has over 25 years of experience as an instructor and training expert. He has a proven track record of success teaching in person, online, one-on-one, and in group settings of up to 300 students. He specializes in training on computer technology and end user applications, including Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Teams, Visio, OneNote, OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe InDesign.
As a Technical Trainer and Consultant at LiveWire Training, he works with many repeat clients. Currently, he contracts with the United States Coast Guard as an on-site instructor and technical support specialist.
Jim is Microsoft Project Certified, holds a Microsoft Office Master Certificate, and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He has completed a course of study in Motivational Public Speaking and Leadership from the Dale Carnegie Institute.
Bridget Randolph is the founder/principal consultant of Sandglass Leadership Consulting. As a certified leadership coach (CPC, ACC) who loves supporting individuals and teams to achieve their goals through a lens of authentic leadership, Bridget brings over a decade of experience in consulting, coaching and building teams. Her experience spans small businesses and boutique agencies to first year startups and enterprise level public companies, across industries including financial services, business process improvement, marketing, software-as-a-service (SaaS) and healthcare. She is passionate about developing supportive, inclusive workplaces, and loves to work with organizations that prioritize empathetic collaboration, healthy communication and continuous improvement.
Bridget holds an M.Sc. in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Oxford. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds the ICF credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She completed her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), with additional certifications as an Energy Leadership Index master practitioner (ELI-MP), a COR.E Dynamics Specialist (with specialties in Leadership, Transitions, Wellbeing and Performance) and an Agile Leadership certification from ICAgile (ICP-LEA). She is also certified as a Process-Oriented Facilitator under the guidance of David Bedrick (Santa Fe Institute for Shame-Based Studies).
